Project Description

This proposal uses energy-efficient technologies to provide cool, pleasant light to spaces where people are constantly present. The lack of natural light and constant air conditioning in the summer causes pain and exhaustion for both employees and passengers who, for various reasons, must spend a lot of time in the terminal cafe. Working with a trained lighting designer is another step in the planning process. The proposed design project not only substantially alters the interior ambience of the café owing to cool-warm and diffuse light, but also greatly reduces energy expenses by employing renewable solar energy. Airport lighting has a role and has a direct impact on the functionality, disposition, and expenditure of travelers.

It has been demonstrated that cool-warm lighting improves passenger wellbeing, focus, and relaxation. Passengers who are at ease are more inclined to take advantage of airport amenities like restaurants and shops. Combining light temps and tones creates a harmonious mixture of levels that, when strategically arranged, can elevate moods, promote creativity, or create a serene and tranquil environment. Expressive lighting design can be used as public art and improves the entire customer experience.
