Yes, every application is acknowledged. You should receive an automated acknowledgement email within five minutes of submitting your application and a personalised email with the outcome of the application within two to four weeks.

We receive more than 100 applications a day and therefore have to apply specific selection criteria. Our database assesses your CV and matches keywords to future roles, so if the ideal job comes up you should be automatically shortlisted and contacted. We also encourage you to review our career pages regularly for new positions that we advertise.
The criteria varies for each role but typically we will look at past career history, education, accreditation and charterships, responsibilities in previous positions, sector experience and transferable skills.
After the application is reviewed by the recruitment team the strongest four to five candidates will be invited to a telephone interview that lasts for 20-25 minutes. If successful, you will be invited to a more formal interview which is usually face to face and lasts around an hour. The final stage is an interview with the hiring manager for the role.
We aim to review all applications within five working days and respond to you directly within two weeks. We respond to all applicants regardless of the outcome, but during peak periods this may take up to four weeks.
Your details will be retained for a period of 12 months. At this point we will contact you to seek permission to retain them for another 12 months. At the annual review you will get the opportunity to send us an updated CV and information.
